An additional fully refundable deposit is charged as all our drive shafts are sold on an exchange basis. If ordering by phone, we now have the facility to 'bank' the old unit deposit. Under this scheme you will not be charged the deposit at the time of ordering and have 14 days to return the old unit to us. If the exchange unit is not returned within this time frame the deposit then becomes payable but will be refunded when we do receive your old part. We can even arrange for our couriers to collect your old drive shaft when you have completed the job.
